  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We work hard here at Just a Touch of Love to make sure all our orders get out quickly and on time. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

  • Do the chocolates contain alcohol?
    Our chocolates contain zero alcohol content unless highlighted in the ingredients
  • What flavours of chocolate do you stock?
    We stock milk chocolate, milk mint chocolate and dark chocolate
  • What choice of foil colours do you have?
    Gold or Silver
  • What is the shelf life of the chocolates?
    We take delivery of freshly made chocolates twice weekly and each shipment has 12 months on them, meaning your chocolates will have a have 12 months shelf life from the time of purchase and will remain in complete freshness if stored at room temperature.
  • How do I personalise the chocolates?
    Please enter: Text for the front Text for the back (optional) I do not send proofs unless requested at the time of ordering. Unfortunately we are unable to print any special characters, emoji's or accents
  • How do I provide my details once I have placed an order?
    Please include the information in the personalisation box on each product page: *Without this information we are unable to begin to process your order and this may result in a delay in processing and shipping times.
  • I am a business owner and would like my company logo putting on the label. Can this be done?
    Yes it can, please contact us to send the image.
  • Can I change the colour of the images?
    All our designs are locked to protect the print integrity, so generally no we cannot alter the colour. We can, however, change the colour of the text. If in doubt, please contact us and we will check for you.
  • Can I use a wedding design for a birthday party?
    Yes! You can use any design from any category for any event or use you require. For example, if you want to use a birthday design for a leaving party, you can. Just place your order and add your requirements at checkout and leave the rest to us!
  • Can I make any changes to the personalisation once I have checked out?
    Sadly not. We run an automated process that sends the information directly to our manufacturing system. But don't worry, you'll get the chance to review your personalisation details before you complete your checkout. Please check carefully!
